Senior User Experience Architect
UX leadership · User research · Product strategy · Cross-functional collaboration
The context
The innovation and R&D organization lacked a dedicated UX team and a repeatable way to gather customer insight. A complex product also needed clearer navigation and reusable patterns that could support future features without adding confusion.
My role & contribution
As Senior User Experience Architect, I established a UX team and introduced a collaborative design process aligned with Agile development. I worked with product owners, consultants, stakeholders, and external customers, taking a new service from planning through wireframes and clickable prototypes.
The approach
I introduced recurring usability sessions, interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, with findings shared across the organization. In parallel, I defined consistent navigation, task-specific controls, and reusable workspace patterns, connecting hands-on interface design with product audits and short- and long-term planning.
What I produced
- UX team setup, leadership, and an Agile design process
- Customer usability sessions, surveys, and A/B testing
- Reusable navigation and workspace patterns, wireframes, and prototypes
- Product audits, component tracking, and roadmap input
The resulting work
The work established regular customer feedback and evaluated 40+ features and workflows. The shared product structure shifted team discussions toward testing reusable components, and I partnered with front-end engineering to begin an Angular prototype.
