01 / EXISTING TOOLS
Use the tools
that fit.
Compare AI tools and configure useful features. Where supported, I connect apps through APIs, which let software share information or request actions.

AI help for people & teams
01 / 06 · A practical place to start
I help individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, and teams find practical uses for artificial intelligence (AI). My work brings together user experience and interface design (UX/UI), product design, creative technology, and AI-assisted development. I build custom tools and apps, offer prebuilt and custom agents, and help connect them into useful workflows. We start with your goals and agree on a manageable project.
No technical background needed. Start with one tool or agent and grow from there.
I help you evaluate, configure, and set up AI tools, and design custom applications around the people who use them. That could be a dashboard to review AI drafts, a form that collects the right details, or workflow automation that handles agreed steps between apps. We choose what to build or automate based on your goals, budget, and available software features.
A prebuilt agent starts with an existing role and instructions. We agree on the setup, information access, and testing it needs for your work.
What you getA recommended mix of existing tools, custom apps, and agents, with clear costs, setup needs, and next steps.
An AI agent is a software helper set up for a specific job, such as finding information or drafting a proposal. I adapt prebuilt agents or create custom ones for defined tasks. In a multi-agent workflow, these helpers pass work between them toward a shared goal, with clear roles and points where you review the results.
Your AI ecosystem is the connected set of agents, apps, and information we choose for your project.

Your apps & tools
Connect existing and custom apps
where useful and supported.
Start with one agent. Add more roles and connections as they prove useful.
What you getA plan for your agent team: each role, the information and tools it needs, how agents work together, and where you review the results.
I use AI-assisted development to build the agreed tools and agent workflows. We start with a prototype or small-scale pilot: an early working version for a limited task. We test it on examples from your work, check errors and review effort, and decide what to improve or build next.
A custom app and focused agents help turn a request into a proposal.
Doing it by hand
One possible setup
We agree on these questions before trying it.
What you getA working first version of the agreed tool, application, or agent workflow, with test findings, known limits, and guidance for using it.
I offer AI education, practical training, and workshops for individuals and teams. Ongoing support and improvements are agreed around your project, with reviews of the tools, agent instructions, errors, and costs. We test proposed changes, and you approve them before use.
Our reviews cover the agreed tools and tasks, including costs, how agents pass work along, and feedback from the people using them.
What you getA review and improvement plan for your tools and agents, with training, workshops, and ongoing support available by agreement.
Tell me what you want to achieve or make easier. We can start with an AI opportunity review to identify useful tasks, compare tools, and decide whether training, a custom application, or an agent workflow is a good next step. You do not need a technical plan.
For example: "I want an app that helps my team use AI" or "I want agents that help me plan and prepare client work."
Before work begins, we agree on the project scope, capabilities, supported integrations, price, timing, support, and responsibilities. You provide approved information, the required account permissions, and a person to review results.
