The need
A rough idea is rarely enough to begin building. Goals, users, source notes, and workflow decisions need to become a clear brief that a person or an AI-assisted development tool can work from.
My contribution
I independently designed and developed UAX Studio: the guided planning experience, editable brief modules, workflow tools, and application that connects them. It is an open-source MVP that continues to evolve.
What I designed
and built
- A guided starting point for defining the audience, outcome, and product idea.
- Editable build instructions, source notes, workflow diagrams, and review tools.
- Exportable build briefs and supporting files, with optional local AI suggestions. The core planning flow works without an API key.

experience
The MVP provides a working path from a product idea to a structured, editable build brief. Projects stay on the user’s computer, and generated planning materials can be reviewed before implementation.
This is an independently developed product, not a client engagement. The public repository documents the MVP. Multi-user collaboration and cloud sync are future possibilities, not current features.
